    We would like to share Pensar Academy’s teacher pay increases since the FY18 school year. Please see the information below:

    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2018 was $44,888.  
    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2019 was $48,583.
    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2020 was $47,617.
    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2021 was $51,816.
    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2022 was $54,586.50.
    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2023 was $57,156.52  
    • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2024 is $61,462.64*. 
    • The overall percentage increase between FY 2018 and FY 2024 average teacher salaries is 36.92%.
    *(includes $5000 per teacher retention bonus).
