Pensar Academy Teacher Pay Increase

We would like to share Pensar Academy’s teacher pay increases since the FY18 school year. Please see the information below:

  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2018 was $44,888.  
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2023 is $57,156.22
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2024 is $61,462.64 
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2025 is $64,752.74.
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2026 is $65,800.73.

The overall percentage increase between the FY 2018 and 2025 average teacher salaries is 46.58%.  

The overall percentage increase between the FY 2025 and 2026 average teacher salaries is 1.62%
