Pensar Academy Teacher Pay Increase

We would like to share Pensar Academy’s teacher pay increases since the FY18 school year. Please see the information below:

• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2018 was $44,888.  
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2019 was $48,583.
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2020 was $47,617.
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2021 was $51,816.
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2022 was $54,586.50.
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2023 was $57,156.52  
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2024 was $61,462.64*. 
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2025 was $64,753.* 
• The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2026 is $65,800*.

The overall percentage increase between FY 2018 and FY 2025 average teacher salaries is 46.6%.
