Pensar Academy Teacher Pay Increase

We would like to share Pensar Academy’s teacher pay increases since the FY18 school year. Please see the information below:

  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2018 was $44,888.  
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2023 is $57,156.22
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2024 is $61,462.64 
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2025 is $64,752.74.
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2026 is $65,800.73.
  • The average salary of all teachers employed in the budget year 2027 is $64.250.*

*  The overall percentage decreased between 2026 and 2027 due to the doubling of our instructional staff and teacher experience.

The overall percentage decrease between the FY 2026 and 2027 average teacher salaries is -2.4%
